Sustainability Report, Shaw Industries
The first sustainability report for the company, this 52 page brochure covers all aspects of its sustainability focus, from the value of their people to highlighting their environmental efforts and goals.
The brochure is printed on a recycled uncoated paper to further reflect the idea of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

The bird's nest was a found object from nature. Filling it with blue and green fibers represents the sustainable nature of Shaw's nylon fibers, which can be recycled over and over again into virgin caprolactam, turned into pellets, extruded into yarn and ultimately turned into carpet, over and over again.
Fun Fact: The sunflowers were grown in the fields of my north Georgia home.
I love designing with paper. The flyout pages were printed on a textured tissue paper adding a tactile presence reminiscent of the feel of fern leaves.
